The short version

If you don't see any change after 90 days, email us and we refund every cent.

Email thao@magnetiqstudios.com from the address you bought with and say you want a refund. There is no form to fill in.

We start the refund within two working days. Your bank usually shows it within five to ten days after that.

Please write to us first. A refund is faster than a chargeback and we would rather sort it out with you.

If you don't see any change after 90 days, email us and we refund every cent.

Questions about any of this? Email thao@magnetiqstudios.com and a person will answer.
